First of all when HIV enters the body,it attacks the white blood cells which are the body’e defense system. After some time the HIV destroys the body system making the body un able to fight diseases.
When the body fails to fight diseases,a person gets AIDS. AIDS is a collection of diseases one gets after HIV has destroyed the deference system.
